Job Responsibilities

  • Reach out to existing and prospective clients to provide information about the product and service offerings.
  • Address inquiries and concerns related to the company and its products in a prompt and thorough manner.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customers’ needs by engaging in meaningful conversations and finalizing sales transactions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and upkeep of the customer database.
  • Process orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Safeguard the company’s reputation by effectively handling and resolving customer grievances.
  • Boost company sales by surpassing sales targets through dedicated efforts and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales calls and valuable insights gathered.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least 6 months of experience in a telecalling or similar role.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications such as CRM systems and telephone platforms.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient negotiation skills and adeptness in conflict resolution.
  • A background in B.Sc/BA studies is advantageous
